Whether I am designing a company
brochure, mailshot or advertisement, the following principles
remain crucial:
- Keep it simple and clean, use white space to create focus
and emphasis
- Always use good quality high resolution imagery, take photos
yourself or purchase what you need
- Always keep in mind the purpose of the piece that you are
designing - try an see it as your audience would
- Clever colour contrasts and good typography help define
your message
