Baulieu and his co-workers were creating a new drug, however they needed more finances for them to generate such a drug... so he invested in them. Charles Rosier started a healthcare project as an investor at Mapreg, a pharmaceutical firm headed by Professor Etienne Baulieu.

Charles Rosier has contributed a lot to resolving environmental challenges and has helped to develop energy and power sectors, particularly in poor countries. Economical LED lanterns is a project of MPOWERD. These are being sent to poor countries to provide them with cost-effective energy solutions. Innoveox supports the campaign to create a pollution-free environment by managing some environmental awareness projects to minimise the level of carbon dioxide emissions. Charles Rosier financed MPOWERD to formulate other energy solutions like lanterns. MPOWERD has supplied energy to more than 25 countries around the world as a result.
